| Colin is an experienced Personal Trainer with 10 years fitness knowledge gained from military and civilian environments. He has the ability to motivate the most de-conditioned individuals and invigorate beyond belief! He sees himself working along-side you as a friend, training buddy, counselor, personal coach and motivator (drill sergeant!). Maybe you wish to improve your fitness to run the marathon, play sports at a higher level or just to have the body you have always dreamed of.
In the past 3 years he has coached all sorts of people from Commonwealth Games athletes to retired pensioners.

Colin loves Cross Country running, Athletics and football and has enjoyed success at County level and in the Army for the Combined Services.
Adding to his wealth of practical experience are formal qualifications in Physical Training Instructor (Army) and Personal Trainers Award from Premier Training (REP's level 3), NUCO 4 day first aid course. Colin also teaches the clubs evening and weekend circuit training classes.
