Paula Syrett

I have been practicing massage for the last 12 month's and have experience with a range of sporting injuries, from snowboarding and skiing injuries to horse riding, triathlon, and marathon runners.

Massage is not just beneficial to sports related injuries; it can also help with stress management, tired achy muscles, alleviate pain and discomfort and nerve pain. It can help with physical injuries and rehabilitation; improve bad posture, injury prevention and joint mobilization.

Massage involves working on the muscles to release excess tension and so help you relax; it stimulates the circulation of blood and lymph around the body, leaving both your mind and body relaxed.

As a Therapist I am a very sociable bubby character and am a keen sporting enthusiast participating regularly in equestrian events, snowboarding and wakeboarding, I have been studying for the last 5 years to become a McTimoney chiropractor and will graduate in March 2007.
