The Club's programme of classes is revised every 3 months to take into account your views. Email us or call us on 01235 206777 if you have any ideas.

Class Etiquette

  1. Please remember to turn up on time for your class so that you can warm up effectively and do not disturb the session
  2. If you arrive late and your instructor feels that the session has progressed too far for you to join in safely, he or she may ask you to join another session.
  3. Your instructor will always ask a few pre-screening questions to check all class participants are injury free and feeling healthy. For your own benefit, please be honest.
  4. Always bring water and a towel with you.
  5. Please leave the equipment as you would like to find it (i.e. wiped down and in its correct place)
  6. Classes can be booked one day in advance. Please ensure you book your space. Morning classes require a minimum of 3 people booked. Lunchtime and evening classes require a minimum of 5 people booked. Classes without the minimum number booked will be cancelled 30 minutes before the start of the class.
  7. Classes must be booked via telephone on 01235 206777. Bookings cannot be made by e-mail.

Please call and reserve your place at least 1 hour before the class is due to commence.
