a free annual membership. Even if you don't win you will receive the equivalent of your monthly

Our resident chiropractor will give you a FREE 15 minute spine check as part of your membership.

Maria Woodbridge will offer you 10% DISCOUNT any beauty treatment (minimum spend £10, please
book at reception). Treatments are available for men and women and a full list is available at reception
or on the notice boards around the club.
BIOMECHANICAL PROFILING
We have negotiated a 40% DISCOUNTfor all Park Club members with Solutions 4 Feet. You will
receive a full examination and assessment by a Certified Pedorthist, analysing your running or
walking gait, and advising on a strengthening and stretching programme as well as Orthotic

PERSONAL TRAINING
A personal trainer is a mentor, role model, and coach all in one. They will design exercise programmes
specific to you and be with you whilst you exercise. The benefit is that you will have someone on hand
to ensure that you exercise safely and effectively. To find out want a Personal Trainer can do for you simply
book at reception for your 2 free sessions
FREE FITNESS EVALUATION
This will gauge your level of fitness and to give you a point of reference. The information gained is used
to measure your progress as you exercise. You can have as many fitness evaluations as you like.
FREE EXERCISE PROGRAMME
To help you exercise effectively maximising your time and efforts. The fitness instructor will offer you as
many re-programmes as are necessary to aid your progress. The more often you exercise, the faster
your progress will be, and the more often you will need to have an exercise programme update. |
