Membership
Our all inclusive membership gives you the greatest chance of reaching your fitness goals. What this means in practice is that you have access to all the group fitness activities, the gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi at any time during our opening hours.
Your personal trainer will ensure that you are kept on track with regular programmes and fitness assessments. They may recommend that you train in the gym one day, the pool the next and participate in group exercise thereafter. Your body will benefit from the different exercise disciplines and you will reach your goals more quickly.
If you want to do your own thing that’s fine too whether it’s swimming, group activities or working out in the gym, the choice is yours.
