S.M.A.R.T EXERCISE
We break your membership into 6 week segments. Each one is an exercise programme tailored to suit you. The benefit of this is it's not too long so that you lose motivation, but long enough to show you results. We are committed to an on going member service programme and we guarantee you a re-programme session every 6 weeks within your membership if you need it.

Your first programme will be built around the information you supplied to us when you joined; the PARQ and Needs Analysis forms. We are committed to an on-going member service programme, and we guarantee you a re-programme session every 6 weeks if you need it. Continually updated programmes ensure you receive maximum results.
FITNESS AGE ASSESSMENT SESSION
After your first session with your Personal Trainer when your initial programme will have been created we would like you to take advantage of a Fitness Assessment. You undertake a few simple test including body fat %, flexibility, strength and heart rate performance. The results are then amalgamated and form a point of reference for the future. After you have been training for a few weeks you can have a re-assessment and compare the results. This is 'highly motivating' as you can soon exercise yourself younger
When you join a club we think that it is vitally important that you get the necessary support and guidance you need. Your Personal Trainer will ensure that you have settled in OK and that you are happy with the way your membership and initial programme is going (Our instructors are all highly qualified and use the most up to date research in your tailored programme). Each Trainer is in turn part of a team of 2 others so that you can be assured of expert attention at all times, even in the event that your trainer is ill or on holiday.
Please let them know of any issues you may have and we will do our very best to solve them for you.
We like you to bring your friends to the club and we provide a wide range of options to make that possible. Especially popular is our new member nomination programme which allows you to bring up to 5 of your friends for a COMPLIMENTARY 5 day's membership. In addition every month we have a guest night and we keep you updated through our quarterly newsletter and email bulletins of our social programme and member events.
If you need additional support then we can offer you personal training or group clinics if you require. Details can be found on the website and you can book online and purchase sessions via the website or in the club.
For a great number of our members, the chance to exercise in the gym with a small number of friends is a highly motivating sociable way to train.
We offer a varied range of gym based classes which anyone can enrol into each quarter. Members can book into a series of weekly sessions running over 6 weeks in groups of 6 people The descriptions, costs and booking details are available on the website and at reception.
