You can find a faster route to achieving your fitness goals by using a Park Club Personal Trainer.
Our trainers will provide detailed programmes aimed at achieving your personal goals and based around your fitness levels.
Utilise the guidance of our trainers every step of the way through planned progressive sessions, ensuring that you are performing exercises with the correct technique.
We will aim to make every session fun, motivational and varied making sure you get the most out of each session.
Following your initial consultation with a trainer they will plan a progressive and challenging programme to guide you through your fitness development. With fitness tests and regular monitoring of your progress we can always check that you're on the right path.
Our trainers specialise in many areas including weight management, muscular strength, injury rehabilitation, flexibility, sport specifics and many more…! We will use high quality training methods in conjunction with nutritional advice to help you feel healthier and fitter.
Alternatively you can train with a Personal Trainer in a group environment. Training in a group can provide extra motivation by working with people who share the same fitness goal…..and it also makes it more cost effective by sharing the price!! To maintain the quality of training we allow a maximum of 4 participants per group.
