If you need additional support over and above the 6 weekly reprogramming cycles then we can offer you personal training or group clinics. Generally speaking this service appeals to those who have a specific time scale in mind, or who have reached a plateau in their training and can’t see a way over the next hurdle, or those who simply need motivation on a regular basis.

The Personal Trainer will meet you at regular intervals at a time determined by you. They will coach you in correct technique and ensure that you maximise the training effects from your time in the club.

If you prefer to train with friends then you can hire a Personal trainer for group sessions as well. Inevitably the more intense the tuition and attention, the faster you will see results.
