Zak has participated in many sporting activities including boxing, football and rugby and currently plays for Oxford RUFC.

Stevie has qualified as a Les Mills Bodypump and RPM Instructor and recently as a Boxercise Instructor. He is available as a personal trainer for individual and group sessions.

She enjoys working with groups and has specific interest in helping people achieve their weight management goals.

She is qualified as a Studio Instructor (Exercise to Music Level 2) and teaches Cardio Tone, Dance Aerobics, Balance, Abs and Stability Ball.
