Nick Eagle is the Park Club PT/ Gym Manager. Friendly, enthusiastic and energetic, Nick will always be on hand to motivate and encourage you.

Sam is our Studio Coordinator,You will find her teaching lots of studio classes as well as in and around the Gym!

Sporting interests include; Kickboxing for a year, Golf, and since being Boxercise qualified, he taken an interest into boxing fitness.

You’ll see Sandra around the gym and in Cardio Tone, Dance Aerobics, Stability Ball, Abs and Body Attack

Hannah is currently teaching Body Combat, Body Pump, Abs Blast Boxing Circuits and Fusion on the current timetable
