Having previously worked within hospitality, Hannah took the step of changing her career to follow her longstanding dream of working in the fitness industry.
Recent qualification as a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer through Premier Training, has enabled her to bring together her two great passions: health and fitness and working with people to help them achieve their goals.
Hannah is currently teaching Body Combat, Body Pump, Abs Blast Boxing Circuits and Fusion on the current timetable.
Enthusiastic and committed encapsulates what Hannah is about, leading to her belief that exercise can be a way of life.
Variety within training is important to Hannah so along with cardio workouts and weights she is also a keen participant in Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, Yoga and Swimming.
