What People Are Saying
Iβve recently had a VO2 max test done with Harvey at Park Club Performance and honestly couldnβt recommend it enough. Harvey is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a way thatβs easy to understand, from the testing process itself to what the results actually mean for your training and performance. The whole session felt professional, detailed and really valuable. Itβs a brilliant addition to Park Club Performance and something I think anyone serious about improving their fitness, running or HYROX performance should look into. Looking forward to using the data to take my training to the next level. Great service all round.
